so I bought a new Fitbit charge to last week and we're having a lot of trouble charging it up it doesn't seem that the cable is a very good design so there are two pins that you can see there but on mine it seems like one is sticking out and the other one is not so maybe this is a faulty cable but every time I try to attach the Fitbit to the cable and it doesn't seem to charge unless I physically apply some pressure so give you an idea so there's the three pins there okay so it's clipped on as you see so I don't get the battery indication unless I actually physically press it down like that and then it starts the scene to charge if I let go then it seems to just give me an indication of how much charges in the battery and resets as though I've just put it back on my wrist I have to press it to get the little charging bars as soon as I let go so it seems to be a not very secure connectio
