Farpoint Flexible Dew Shield for Celestron 8" or Meade 8" SCT, Notched, FP351

hey guys well I was out doing some imaging a couple days ago when I actually had some a rare combination of good weather no moon and no wind but had lots of humidity anyway it was a good opportunity to put on the dew shield at the end of my SCT and in this case I have the Astros app non-heated do shield that just it's a foam type do shield it fits over the end it's quite secure it's got a velcro strap along a seam along the vertical in this picture a vertical line stays on quite well I also put on the dew strap wrapped around the base of the dew shield want to share some results with you and some additional testing I've done trying to understand where the strengths and weaknesses of the system are and how to improve it alright so a couple of days back I had put out a video showing the performance of my do strap this as they do not 33 inch long do not do strap and this time in this case
