those of you that have been following me for some time know that I've been looking for ways to lighten my camera bag especially when traveling and that has till now required to compromise with my tripod sacrificing height and stability for Portability and light weight I'm really happy to say that this Feisal tripod has provided an excellent option with the CT 344 - for the first couple of days it was in the office I'd literally be surprised at its light weight every time I picked it up for the size and height it provides you would expect it to weigh more than just two and a half pounds it achieves that lighter weight with high-quality carbon-fiber legs and a body frame of aluminum alloy when you purchase you have the option of buying without a center column you sacrifice some additional height possibilities there but it helps keep the weight down and I actually find the tripod much easi
