in for h here chasing a soda station uh w7 uniform mic is out in colorado and uh of course we're here on cw i'm running 200 watts i'm just using the radio no amplifier the ftdx 5000 mp of course and uh i'm receiving him at about a five seven i do have amp 2 turned on but i've got amp 2 turned on to overcome um well you know when you uh when you tighten the filters it affects the s meter readings and so i'm using amp 2 just to boost it back up a little bit you don't have to but uh i'm gonna call him a 579 and see if i can work him here he's got he's got a pile up so i'm gonna listen for the debt and jump in so i'm gonna work him with the remote i have my call sign a five five nine a five seven nine a five nine nine and i did it programmed in if they're not one of those signals then i use my paddle [Music] um oh he's 599 now oh there we go completely uh worked him with the remote so again
