Solar lights that are exposed to artificial light at night do not open because they rely on low light to determine if it is night. So you better move the solar lights to a darker place.

Solar panels on top of solar lights collect dirt and dirt over time, making them less able to receive sunlight. Remove any debris collected with a smooth, damp cloth.

This may be because of the cloudy days, the battery stores energy is less efficient, turning off the solar lights while still leaving the solar lights in the sun. Leave them idle for 48 to 72 hours and then turn them on.
