pat with right channel radios this is the pl259 antenna stud this is a really common product and is included on a lot of the mounts that we sell it's pretty basic the top you have a nut here that's what uh the antenna threads into on the bottom you have a threaded threaded connector where your pl 259 coax will attach to if you just buy the stud by itself you can see how it comes apart just thread it off included with the stud is the nut a lock washer flat washer and then a nylon isolation washer one thing when you're installing these is it's really critical to make sure that the isolation washer this white washer here is installed in the right part you actually want to be on the top side of the mount because that's what isolates the positive connection or the antenna from the grounding connection um and the coax the negative part of the coax pretty straightforward pl259 cb and temisted
