review time again. The folks at FlexFixx sent us their FlexStrap. So let's get started. So stretching is very important in just general wellness and especially rehab. The FlexStrap really allows you to stretch almost any muscle in your body, especially the shoulder area
and your legs. What's really nice about this is it has numbers along the way. So there's
12 different numbers 6 on each side to help if you want to track your progress of how
much you're stretching. It also is nice because the end strap here, the loop, has a little
bit of a give to it. So when you're stretching, you can get a little bit of a deeper stretch.
But the black strap is solid, so you can get a nice static stretch as well. What's also
really nice about this is it's machine washable so you can put it in the wash, wash it and
