[Music] [Applause] so here we have a lovely little 2hp freeze this patch is pretty bonkers he's inspired a whole tract or two from me just playing around with this patch she's always great when modules do that let's break this down for a little mini demo of what's going on first I'll remove the kick check out our modulation I'll explain what freeze does we have an input at the top output at the bottom we have sample rate reduction which is always an active effect regardless of the offer freeze going on then either by gate so it's on as long as you hold it triggered on and off style functions on trigger this buffer repeat and this is the length of that buffer so coupled with a sample rate modulation it's really cool so I'm modulating the buffer size itself modulating sample rate and it's shown machine pulse output I'm turning on and off let's have the kick and hat bucking and it's a wick
