so if you have one of these fancy highfalutin Garmin watches and you want to change the band changing the band is pretty easy they've built these pins in for removing the watch pin now the only caution I would say is if you have weak fingernails or even if you don't if you have a popsicle stick or something else you can use to do this it makes it easier and I've just heard too many people complain about fingernail breakage but this one you just grab this little ball pull it down and then rotate it out like that and then to put your new band on you just put it back in the hole pull down on the little ball and then kind of move it around until it finds its hole and goes click like that and then there you go so here we go one more time just grab the pin pop it wiggle it loose grab a new band put the pin in the hole get your fingernail or popsicle stick on that little pin and wiggle it arou
