hello and welcome to the paint bar at golden artist colors I'm patty Brady and I'm the director of the working artist program today I'm going to introduce you to various molding pastes at Golden's offers and we're gonna explore some of the differences and see how these might inspire your own work at home we're gonna focus on five of the molding pastes that are included in the golden line the other toothpastes are fiber paste and crackle paste you can find existing videos on these pasted on our video library or the YouTube channel paints are quite different than gels because they dry opaque gels dry translucent or transparent pastes are simply gels and have ingredients added that make them opaque this is important to know especially when mixing color into a gel or a paste most paste will act like a white and colors mixed into it and pastel the color out pastes are great for building text
