hello this video will be going over the 78 series nvr startup wizard so to begin click next step and this is where it's just going to ask for the default password which is 888 so that's the number eight six times and then if you want to change the password uh you can do that here so just put in the six eights and then check the box and then you'll be able to put in whatever password you want uh for now i'm just going to put in one two three four five six and when done go ahead and click the next step first make sure you have the right time zone set since we are in southern california we're going to set it to -8 which is specific time ntp so if you have it on the network you can have it sync with any of these servers uh the default settings are generally fine you don't need to mess with any of that a time format and the hour format will show up for the nvr itself not the individual camer
