Charcoal Poultice (6in x 6in) Directions:
1. Mix Together: 2 Tbsp. Charcoal Powder, 2 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed Powder, 4 Ttbsp very Hot Water (¼ cup) 
2. Stir and allow to cool. 
3. Spread charcoal jelly between layers of paper towel or cloth. 
4. Apply charcoal patch to body part. 
5. Overlap patch with plastic. 
6. Cover all with cloth or elastic wrap.
