[Music] so today I want to talk about this gadget that I got off at eBay this is the transcoder this is perfect for people that want the 240p signal that some retro consoles output on a consumer-grade television that has component video input so this was fairly inexpensive with under fifty dollars shipped and so I think that I got a really good deal on it the metal shielding is really nice I've taken it apart and the board is actually really nice as well on the front and has your start input also has your USB c4 power and then it has the component video output along with the audio jacks I wanted something that I could use on my 27 inch JVC D series because I love the way games look on it and yeah I just wanted the best possible picture I could get for some of my most beloved consoles I have two PBMs you can kind of see in the background there that's a motherboard out of a 20 inch PBM I'
