hello there in this video I will show you how I would make my own heat sink for my voltage regulator now initially I was thinking about buying those a prebuilt or premade heat sinks but I decided to go to the do-it-yourself route so the first thing I did is a look at the width of this voltage regulator this is a 220 and so I have to find a aluminum new channel okay so so that it will fit inside this regulator okay and then afterwards let me let me get me a measuring tape so you can see the size okay for this one the thickness is 1/16 and width and height is 7 8 and 9 16 okay so the cause of this aluminum is about 70 cents perfect I bought a 5 foot because me three dollars and three dollars and sixty cents approximately a plus taxes depending on where you live all right so now I cut cut the the aluminum and have this is pieces so per for every voltage regulator I would need two okay and
