Her Blue Body

hi there i am so excited i am at the siskiyou arts museum and i thought i'd take everyone on a little tour of the show that was sponsored by the mount shasta goddess temple it's called her blue body everything we know from a line of alice walker's poetry and the theme of the earth as mother is the theme of this show and so we have art from koala birch jamie della holly defound and then we also have a student artist demi lou sims who's contributed to this show so we're going to just go here to the beginning of the show and we'll go left to we'll kind of go from the left and go around so on this wall we're seeing the work of koala birch this piece is called creator's vision this piece i love this piece is called red eye nebula koala has an amazing technique that she uses for her paintings where she pours the paint on the canvas and then she uses a hair dryer not for this one but for these
