I had the great opportunity to test out the mini crane m13 from I footage it's featured as portable lightweight and easy to set up so we took it to the test and made a short video of someone's passion for root crafting we only had about two hours of shooting time planned so we had to be very prepared but also bring a minimum of gear with us I wanted to travel with all the gear that I was going to use so I took in LED lights which me that could run off a battery my tripod the Panasonic gh4 with several lenses and of course the m1 three mini crane I started with assembling the mini crane on a tripod the m1 tree is designed to work with a 75 millimeter ball I love that idea because that means I could use my awesome secular hat on the crane itself but we'll get into that later another thing that came to my mind is that you don't need any tools to set it up everything can be assembled with y
