The LED strips are made with a special 0.05" paper-thin design along with 18-SMD xenon white LED PCB circuit boards and IP55 water resistant treatment so that they can withstand the outdoor conditions. The kit is easy to install, simply line up the light so that the wire is at the top of the emblem and the LEDs are facing inwards, run the wires through the top slit/gap of the emblem, clean the surface before removing the adhesive backing then stick it to the inside lip by pressing down carefully with your thumb, and open the hood to the access wires. Please note that some wiring is required for this install.
