Description
Our complete understanding of the stresses generated during heavy-duty cutting and the use of the most durable components has enabled us to design and construct this remarkable series of machines. The 14 models in the Technical/Powertech range will each slice effortlessly through almost any flexible sheet up to 4mm thick. Additionally, these versatile cutters are equally at home with thin films and foils due to the unique, self adjusting triple roller cutting head. With the range extending to a massive 99 inches (2500mm) cut length, the Technical (manual) and Powertech machines are perfect for display/exhibition applications, finishing of all digital media and fast accurate dead straight trimming of pop-ups, encapsulated posters, vinyls and banners. The Powertech models have the cutting head electrically driven by a steel reinforced belt, via a foot operated pneumatic switch, thus leaving both hands free for speedy repositioning and faster throughput. Each Powertech machine is supplied with a comprehensive operating and servicing manual. Stainless Steel 11/2 inches square guide rail and all metal construction eliminates distortion. Self sharpening Sheffield tungsten steel cutting wheel and counterblade. Transparent clampstrip combines with rubber gripper for firm positive clamping. Extruded satin finish aluminum baseboard with parallel indents – strong and warp free. Two way cutting option by removing C.C. Plate. Powertech high speed version available. Comprehensive range of accessories. Longer machines (1550 upwards) now supplied with unique extension rods which effectively double baseboard depth to 700mm – perfect for pop-ups. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: cut capacity: 0.16 in.; cut capacity (2 way): 0.08 in.; cut length: 61.02 in.; height: 7.28 in.; length: 90.35 in.; weight: 73.41 lbs.; width: 15.35 in.

Product review & video
so right now we're going to trim down the image it's attached to the dry mount tissue so we're going to drink trim the tissue with the image and that allows us to have the perfect size tissue that matches the size of the image itself for that we're going to use the roto trim I think about the rubber trim is that it only cuts one direction so only cuts from right to left so don't mind coming back this way you'll mess up your paper a lot so make sure your blade is out this guide is about sixteenth of an inch off so I don't actually use it I'll actually use the grid pattern on here which is very accurate but I don't really need to measure a whole lot as I already have my image worked out one little trick whether you're doing this for mounting or whether you're just cutting images just because one little trick that I like to teach people is to get right on the edge and match it up yes this
