hi I'm day with DCI today we're going to be repairing one of the most common syringes in the dental marketplace the DCI quick clean cartridge syringe DCI offers a tool part number 92 87 as a pin pusher on it an Allen wrench for the adapter and a tool for the valve core the 34:30 quickly syringe has a pin it's not a valve core style what we need to do to replace those buttons is get that pin out of there first thing to do is remove the tip set to the side hold the buttons down and with the pin pusher while holding the buttons down press it through like so remove the old buttons should be somewhat corroded shake the two springs out always replace the springs they do wear out part number 38 e5 is the DCI replacement button and it comes with one spring so the first thing to do obviously is put the springs back in shake it to where they're perfectly straight up and down next put the buttons
