Jensen 22" LED HDTV JE2212LED

okay so this TV set I'm working on as a Jensen je 32:12 LED it's a 12-volt TV this is uh they're mostly made for RVs applications you'll see them a lot in campers and stuff I've got three thirty-two inch TVs here all the same and they all have the same symptom here what happens is you push the power button and you get a quick flash of the back lights of the LEDs and then that's it it goes back into standby mode now I've through testing and trial and error here I figured out that if I unhooked the LEDs I leave them disconnected and then I power it on I seem to get all my voltages seems like it turns on that stays on and I test voltages and all the voltages that I get from the power supply seem to be right on as far as what they say they should be as far as twelve volt and 24 volts this board is getting 24 volts the other interesting thing is i have taken apart the LCD panel and looked at
