welcome to this month's technical tip with Lawrence today we're going to talk about specifically connecting VHF radios quu actual GPS it's a new requirement from sensor and as you guys know all the H if radios need to be connected to GPS for the DSC function and I get a lot of phone calls guys asking me exactly how to connect this today I'm going to run through that so I'll go so we'll start with the VHF radio about what's in the box that's important just this little cable over yep and this is your enemy a1 a3 starter cable so this cable comes the whole bunch of different color wires and the only ones important on this radio on this cable is the yellow and the green so the most important part of this cable is this yellow and green wire here this is your enemy a input or X plus and minus so this is what receives and gives the GPS or the radio its GPS coordinates so as you guys will have
