hi welcome to another lamp replacement video from pureland supply in this video we're going to go over the steps involved in replacing the sony lmp h220 projector lamp the projector we're going to be using for this example is also a sony vpl vw 285es check the link in the description to our website where you can see the other models that also use the lmph220 this lamp is actually very easy to replace all you need tool wise is a phillips head screwdriver this particular screwdriver is a ph2 you could probably use a ph1 but ph2 seems to have the best bite for the screws that are involved so the first thing we'll do is we're going to make sure the projector is unplugged power plug is on the bottom here so we're just going to unplug that that's going to protect us and the projector next step is opening the primary lamp cover primary lamp cover in this case slides back a little bit i guess t
