today in the bike rack we have the kona unit 2019 model and it has this rather short stem with the stock handlebar so this is the factory set up here stayman home bar handlebar is wide rather flat it does have a little bit of a rise but not a ton and not too much of a sweet back either so we're gonna try to see if we can get this bike riding a little bit more comfortable and we're gonna put a high-rise stem on and a little bit of a sweet bar and we'll just see what that does the parts I'm gonna use are ultra cheap amazon buys here so let's take a look at this stem you could see the rise on this guy it's a 90 millimeter stem but because of how short it is you could see that actually distance from the bar to the stem is not gonna be 90 millimeters at all it's gonna be much less than that FMF sport you look up stem high rise stem on Amazon you're gonna get a bunch that look identical so it
