ok so now we've done all our staining in the back stained room and we've I showed you how to work the stain ER and how to program it and how to set it up now I'm going to quickly show you some cover slipping so I brought the bucket of clear that this is our our xylene substitute in here but the xylene substitute is not good for cover slipping it really saves us in the darkroom from all the fumes but it's we can't use it for this purpose so so what I'm going to do is I happen to have a rack in here waiting for me to cover slip but so this xylene substitute what I need to do is take it out of here give it a quick couple dips in an alcohol to get some of that off and then put it in xylene for actual final being ready for cover slipping and then I'll put this back in on the auto stainer and I don't need this ad with an alcohol right now so I'll just put that off there and now we'll start co
