it's time once again for another 72 hour emergency food ration bar challenge for this particular challenge I'm gonna be featuring the Mayday emergency food ration bars it looks like there's nine bars in this particular package it's a package of 3600 calories so if each individual bar is 400 calories so as why do you know that means for the next three days all I'm gonna eat are these bars nothing else so I'll have some water and tea but that's it by the way no coffee when you're eating these emergency food reservoirs it'll upset your stomach I used to see solved for previous episodes so this one chalice is gonna be a little bit more difficult because for the previous challenges I usually have some time off and I would just be doing family stuff and running errands for this challenge for two of the days I'm gonna actually be at work so we're gonna see how these bars eat just being on a di
