i am absolutely loving this because i saved quite a bit of money dell offers these for nearly fifty dollars to two hundred dollars for a set of replacements for the price sold out here i've saved quite a bit of money and they work good as the oem i'm on that noon oh so worth the money jeans i'll be returning to buy more later as they work fantastic you bet i'm coming up and may keep feathering it try it out comes with screws and caddies plug and play no issues trays met my needs are made of a metallic matty reel i believe aluminum i prefer these over the plastic trays for durability and heat dissipation would recommend these over other like offerings and plan on picking up a few more in the near future as i am planning a storage server build out brand new inbox with hardware to mount the drives in the catty purchase these to add drives to a dell server they fit well and work great mount
