MMMPF319W - 3M PF319W Framed Privacy Filter for Widescreen Desktop LCD/CRT Monitor Black

all right so here's the monitor installed it looks great however I'm having an issue with when there's a black screen you'll see almost like white coming along all along the edges here and I've never seen that before I don't know if you can see that the brightness from this flash on my camera but as soon as the screen goes black you'll see all on the edge and see right there all there is all black so if I go to the main menu on my Maximus you can see it there all along the edge it's like a bleed in of white I'm not sure what the hell that means you know with arcade monitors you have a degasing table to get rid of any magnetism or whatever the heck you call it on the other on the sides of the monitors and I'm not sure if this one doesn't have it or what the deal is if there's some menu optioning to get into here but that looks like the image is great but I can't play the games when there
