Trim away insulation to expose the wires. Note: some speaker wire comes pre-stripped! Insert the exposed wires into the positive (red) and negative (black) terminals. Keep track of which wire you use for each terminal! Most speaker wire comes color coded, making it easy to identify which is which. Insert the other end into the corresponding terminals. Positive to positive, negative to negative. [Banana Plugs] Insert the wire and fold it over the plug. Avoid covering the screw threads. Follow these steps on the opposite end of each wire, making sure to use the same color banana plugs. Remember to match the positive and negative terminals!
