We offer the largest updated rack and pinion inventory, from our 29,000 square foot state of the art facility designed strictly to meet our extreme high level of expectations for our Rack and Pinions. We hand pick only the best Rack and Pinions and ensure they meet our expectations before they are put through rigorous testing and then re-manufactured with customer safety as our highest priority. All rack and pinions are road tested to ensure high quality and reliability, in order to ensure the best performance. All our rack and pinions are hydraulically tested to Ensure Internal By-Pass for Both High and Low Pressures to guaranty no leaks are present and Tie Rod Load Checked and with replacement of new O-rings and Lip Seals. Brand new Teflon rings are replaced to the spool valve on the rack donut to maximize and prolong the life of the unit, covered with a high performance coating to protect the rack. RE-MANUFACTURED INFORMATION: · New Oil and Lip Seals installed to ensure quality performance. · New Teflon rings installed on Spoon valves. · Racks are finished with high performance coating surface to prevent leakage and protect part. · Air Tested to Ensure Reliable and Maximum Performance. · Hydraulically Tested to Ensure Internal By-Pass for Both High and Low Pressures. · Tie Rod Load Check. · Road Simulated for Proper Functioning.
