NEC Video Projector (NP-PA722X-13ZL)

hey everybody today we're gonna look at this NEC NP 350 this is an LCD projector it's about 3,500 lumens in standard mode 3000 ish and eco mode you get about 3,500 hours out of a lamp on it the native resolution on this is 1280 by 800 I believe but it will project up to 1600 by 1200 so it'll do 1080 kind of mostly meant for conference rooms in that sort of thing but you could use it for home theater if you wanted to this particular one has a bad auto iris in it the original iris it melted because of a bad lamp and the mechanism is still in there but it doesn't function so it doesn't give you an error will turn on but there's nothing really to look at so what I want to do is replace that lender the lens the iris this is the used but good iris that I bought online so we're going to install that first thing I'm gonna do of course is unplug it it's going to make sure it came on before I sta
