Hey guys, console repair guy here. In this video I'm gonna show you guys how to fix a PS3 KES-410 blu-ray drive that won't accept discs. There's two different issues here, one where your disc is physically blocked and won't actually go into the drive. Like when you try to push it in and it just stops right there. And second issues when you put the disc in but the drive doesn't engage it and it just gets ejected. Okay so lets start by disassembling the drive. Now you'll may notice your KES-410 drive might be a little bit different than this one these ones have the newer circuit board and a different shield on the bottom, but inside it's the same thing. So we're gonna remove, one, two, three, four, five screws. Quick tip, just remember the black screws go on the gray metal and the silver screws always go into the silver medal. Okay so once you have those out were gonna flip this over and
