so i'll be straight up with you i wasn't going to review the lenova thinkpad x1 yoga 5th gen not because it's a bad laptop or anything just because the difference between the 2020 model which is what i have here and the previous generations are are so minor there hasn't been a design update so there's nothing like really crazy to report but there are like two things that i'm gonna talk about that make it different from the previous model this is not really a consumer laptop like if you're looking at this it's because you're in a business maybe you're in a startup maybe you're an i.t manager and you have a relationship with lenova who's your vendor that provides most of your computers that was one of my vendors in my previous company you're looking at this to buy for employees because the price point of this is higher than your traditional consumer laptop due to the extra security featur
