Welcome back to Kagan Tech and today we’re going to be taking a look at NIKON's NIKKOR 50MM F1.8D...it's a 50mm prime lens with a wide open aperture… it's great for low light shooting and getting great depth of field that bokeh or its bokeh...so i’ve been using my kit lens for about 2 months now and I feel like I’ve kind of outgrown it so it was time to invest in some real glass...something really really good that I can get great b-roll shots with and not break the bank too much...this goes for about 132 dollars right now on amazon and it's a really versatile lens for the price you can’t really beat what you get… So this lens will only manual focus with entry level DSLR’s… If you want auto focus you have to have one of the higher end DSLR’s with the autofocus sensor built in.
