by printers dot-com presents okie micro line 420 printhead replacement before we begin turn off the printer and disconnect all cables remove the front access cover remove the roller pull up assembly remove the ribbon swing open the head clamp pull the old printhead straight up push the new printhead straight down close the head clamp reinstall the ribbon snap the pull up assembly in place replace the front cover happy printing
