[Music] hi my name's Aaron I'm from Olympus Australia and New Zealand today we're going to be talking about the Olympus flash system so Olympus currently has three external flash units being the FL 600 the FL 700 and also the FL 900 which all offer different power outputs and some different features but let's have a look at what they have in common first we have the mode settings on how you're going to control the flash starting with TTL or through the lens metering which is like an advanced auto setting where the flash sends out of pre shot pulse but it's registered by the sensor of the camera and that tells the flash how much light to output based on your camera settings next you have Manion where you set the output of the flash yourself now this is gonna guarantee a more consistent output is it's not going to get tripped up by the variables in your scene or your environment slave mod
