In this video, we will be going over how to set up DSS Player for Mac to use a file sharing service. We will be using iCloud, Google Drive and Dropbox We will start by going to DSS Player and then Preferences Click on the Download tab Select the folder you would like to map over Select Other... to start browsing Locate the folder you want to map Folder A to Select the folder and Click Open You can either stop here, at one folder, or follow the same steps to map the rest of the folders Click OK to apply these settings I have created some test dictations on my voice recorder, that I will now download to test that the settings have applied correctly. Using a file sharing service, is a simple way to transfer dictations between author and typist if you are working away from the office.
