Variable Low Pass Filter and Phase
OSD Audio's sub amp includes a front-panel variable low pass filter that allows you to adjust the upper frequency limit of the subwoofer to control the overlap of the subwoofer's upper frequencies and the main speakers' lower frequencies. This results in bass that complements the sound from the main speakers rather than overpowers. A front-panel variable phase control knob operates over a range from 0 degrees to 180 degrees and allows you to match the arrival times of the sound waves from the subwoofer and the main speakers. This fine-tuning results in bass that is less muddy or thumpy but rather smooth and detailed.

hello and welcome to relic ooh sticks how-to video series in this video we're going to be showing you how to connect your rel high-level cable to Class D amplifiers and receivers before we begin connecting wires to your amplifier or receiver turn it off to avoid the risk of accidentally shorting it and damaging your unit with your amplifier off first connect the red wire to the amplifiers right positive speaker output terminal then attach the yellow wire to the amplifiers left positive speaker output terminal next do not connect the black wire it should be floating or hanging down without connection to any terminal use a small piece of electrical tape to cover the exposed strands on the black wire to avoid accidentally shorting out the connection they're done on this end of the cable check the connections to make sure there are no bare wires shorting between the output terminals if ever
