hi I'm Philip with g6 technology services today we have a 21 and a half inch late 2009 iMac that the customer saying is running slowly after doing some Diagnostics I've determined that the hard drive is failing so what we're going to do today is change the hard drive for a new SSD and then do a fresh install of High Sierra which is the latest OS version that this system can support then we'll use migration assistant to copy all the customer's data off the old hard drive we're also going to be upgrading the system memory from 4 gigabytes to 8 gigabytes so we've got all of our parts here so let's get them opened up and see what we've got so the first thing that we'll have should be our thermal sensor so we'll open that up in a minute and then our second package should have our SSD and our memory so we've got our RAM on our three and a half to two and a half adapter and our SSD so what we'
