today I'm going to show you a little bit about what a call phone Lord now foamboard is widely used in the design industry as a source really for presentation for model making and various different uses it's actually made up of a sandwich of paper and very thin foam inside there so it's like an extruded foam and then paper on each side it's very very lightweight and very very rigid and it comes in three thicknesses as you can see here we've got the three mil thickness the five mil thickness and then finally the ten mil thickness like so it does come in a variety of different colors so we've got black and black grey but I'll tell you about those later now as far as the foam was concerned it is quite important that when you are cutting this you cuts it with a very very sharp blade and I've got a piece here and I'll show you what happens when you don't cut it with a sharp blade and it can r
