welcome to mybinding video these are Gator foam mounting boards first off here's a look at the foam on the inside it's strong but incredibly lightweight the material over the foam gives Gator board unprecedented strength compared to normal foam core notice how Gator board does not indent while I can push in the foam core with my finger the board's also come in white now we're going to apply our media to the Gator board and using a cold roll laminator to do this first adjust the spacing between your rollers to the appropriate size in this case I have a 3/16 of an inch board if your laminator can't open to the correct amount you cannot use this method the speed of the rollers does not matter that much for this process okay now take your board and peel off an inch of the nonstick sheet and fold it align your project evenly on the board and when you're confident it's good press it to the ad
