today we're talking about converters is it really necessary to upgrade to a multi-stage smart converter or maybe yours is broken and you need to replace it so which ones are good [Music] how's it going I'm Jared Gillis welcome to another all about RVs where it's our hope to share with you the things that we've learned about RVing so you can get out there and enjoy RV and I get a lot of questions about RV electrical whether that's a converter and inverter solar batteries all those kind of things but I thought we dive into the converter today now the converter is one of those devices that gets confused for an inverter and there's a few reasons for that but they basically do a similar type of function but in the opposite direction so the converter that we're going to be talking about today is when you plug in your RV into Shore power it's going to take that AC power the the 120 volts and i
