hey everyone this is Anna with coffee and lipgloss calm this week I'm doing a video about all of my allergy mom supplies and must-haves if you've watched in my previous videos you probably heard by now that I have a 5 year old son who has multiple food allergies he is allergic to eggs nuts and dairy which is I called the trifecta because it's those three types of foods aren't everything or those ingredients aren't everything so we are constantly monitoring what he can eat thankfully he's very aware of his allergies and he knows now to ask before he eats something you know ask if it's something he's allergic to so my worry levels gone down is the older he gets but man it's been such a learning curve for me and my husband as far as the kinds of things we need to have on hand with us all the time so this video really is for anyone who's a young parent who has just found out that their kid
