hi friends so a couple weeks ago I was kindly gifted a polar m200 by Paulo Australia to participate in the polar workout challenge the video is up last video that I posted but I thought it would be really helpful kind of heading to the holiday season a lot of people are asking about activity watchers gifts and asking them for them from Santa so I thought I would do a bit of a review to see what I think of it I've had it for two to three weeks now I can only really comment on the features that I've used um if I was to comment on all of the features we would be here for a year so that's not gonna happen um I've never done like a review of anything technological before so please excuse me if I sound like I have no idea what I'm talking about um overall I'm really really happy with it I was kind of in the need of a new watch as my old one was telling to get a little bit buggy at times so I'
