Directions : Mix 1 tbsp which class of at least 250 ml of water or your favourite juice. Stir and drink immediately. If too thick add more water and stir. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure hydration. Please speak to a doctor before using this product if you are being treated for any medical condition, or are pregnant. If you experience adverse reaction discontinue use and consult your doctor.

Notice : Consuming this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing.

Storage : Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from moisture.

Suggested Use : Adult and Children over 12 years.

Best taken before or between meals.
