hi guys today I'm doing interview and something I've never really done a review on or that you wouldn't think if you know me I would even want but I love it and um that kind of give away the ending but I have a lot of information to share and then I don't talk about a lot of stuff and this is a review obviously to tell that title on the Fitbit Alta HR I love this thing if you want a little bit of background information on me like why I have this my grandma actually got me as a gift recently because I have a kind of heart problem where my heart rate is super super fast sometimes and I'm supposed to check it and I have recently gone on medication to slow my heart rate down so it's just good to always be able to check what my heart rate is and so my grandma got this for me which is amazing and it is the alta HR it's the spin one I know they make when I solve a sticker of I wanted one that
