[Music] well hi guys welcome back to Linda's pantry and today we're doing another candid second well I am this is a delicious batch of big green egg smoked pulled pork not just any pulled pork it has a sweet rub on it and then I added chipotle peppers in adobo sauce when I pulled the pork so I'm gonna can this up if you've never had canned smoked meat before it is absolutely delicious the smoke doesn't get stronger it doesn't it just it the pork keeps the texture really nicely so you're gonna get a very nice texture on the meat it's not too soft it's just like in here absolutely so in it I'm gonna try to fill the canner so if I can't get I've got some more black beans if I need to I'm gonna go ahead and can the black beans with the meat and to fill up the canner as much as possible not like I really need black beans that and two of my jars didn't seal just so you know one of the one and
