welcome back to 90s punk recovers my name is sam and today i'm going to talk about the leica mp type 240. now a few months ago i made a video about my leica qp and i called it my favorite digital camera ever well that is so true this mp camera has been such a joy to use in the last couple of months i've had a really hard time putting it down so what is the leica mp type 240 well this camera was first introduced in august 2014 and it's basically the successor to the leica m9 the type 240 name was the model number leica opted to go with as opposed to calling it an m10 this model was basically leica's attempt to sort of modernize their m camera lineup this camera features a movie mode live view an optional evf accessory attachment a 24 megapixel full frame cmos sensor weather ceiling and a few other things while still maintaining that traditional leica and look the cool thing about the p m
