and in my menu you can basically you know kind of like add items you see down here add items remove items I always like to have the picture control and the white balance right up on top and then now flash but sync speed let me explain that so if I go here and it says one three twentieth of a second or one 250th of a second auto FP you know it's really weird but they both basically mean the same thing and I don't know why they say oh well it's actually very confusing because the camera will top out at one 250 of a second without high speed sync you take it up to auto FP you can get it all the way up to 180 thousandth of a second but the same with one 320 so I don't I honestly in practice don't know the difference between this two all I know is that with either one as soon as I hit that your flash will go all the way up to a high-speed sync so then if that's now the case then we go to set
