This repair kit supplies the capacitors needed to repair the power supply board inside a LG 42LB1DR LCD monitor. This repair kit is for the power supply board pictured above. Please verify that the power supply board inside your LCD monitor or TV matches this power supply board before ordering!

If your LCD TV or monitor has stopped working, or is displaying one of the following symptoms, then it's a candidate for some new capacitors

- Flickering screen

- Screen image disappears after several seconds

- Dim screen

- Slow start

- Power LED on, but no picture

- Unusual colors and/or lines

so here's the thing these TVs coming from China assembled in Mexico I guess the parts are coming from China but they're not lasting too long as you can see this is a 2013 model and this suckers been down for probably over six months I'd be some be surprised this thing lasted two years here's what happens the capacitors break on them we're going to break it down and see what happens okay here's your model this is an LG 47 L n 57 fitty u8 the first thing we're going to do you take the power cord out of the back take the power cord off we're going to start on the side as you can see I've taken the screws out already and now we're going to continue here all the way around the edge we're just going to start taking the screws out of the back of this LG as you can notice I've got some protective clothing down here I've laid the TV on a table upside down make sure you put a nice big rug under t
