"Hi, it's Steve. Today, we'd like to show you how to change the rotor on your direct drive front load washer. It's a really easy job. All we're going to need is a number two Phillips screwdriver, a 17-millimeter socket with a ratchet and extension. Let me show you how we do it. Now, to do this repair, we will need to gain access to the back of the washer. The first thing we'll need to do is to disconnect the power. We'll also want to turn off the inlet water supplies and disconnect the hoses, and the drain hose, then pull the washer far enough forward that we can access the back panel. Now that we have access to the back of the washer, we'll next remove these four Phillips screws that secure the back panel. Then we'll just flex that panel enough to release these tabs on either top or bottom, then pull it away and set it aside. Next, we'll remove the 17-millimeter bolt that attaches that
